Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of dust, grease, and debris for optimal tint adhesion Measure and cut tint films accurately using manual glass cutting tools to fit various vehicle windows Apply window tint films with precision, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes while adhering to safety standards Operate power tools safely during the installation process, including squeegees, heat guns, and cutting devices Handle automotive glass materials carefully during removal, replacement, or repair procedures, maintaining quality standards Assist with automotive glass repair and replacement tasks as needed, supporting overall vehicle maintenance efforts Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after each job Qualifications Proven dealership experience or background in automotive glass installation and tinting is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in auto body repair and auto estimating processes Experience working with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) sensors during window tinting or glass replacement is a plus Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and handling automotive glass materials safely Familiarity with auto glass repair, replacement procedures, and heavy lifting techniques required for handling large or heavy vehicle windows Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and the operation of company vehicles for service calls or transport purposes Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment related to auto glass work Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Mechanical experience or mechanic background is advantageous for understanding vehicle systems during installations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as a Car Tinting Specialist where your skills will drive excellence in automotive customization!
