Commission-based:

you earn a percentage of each install. Our techs typically clear the equivalent of $30-45/hr depending on job complexity, speed, and mix. What you'll be doing Full and partial coverage installs on customer vehicles Prep, cutting (pre-cut patterns via plotter/bulk cut), install, and finish work to company standards Working alongside our detail and coating techs to get vehicles out on schedule Talking to customers about their install when they pick up Maintaining bay and tool cleanliness What we're looking for 2+ years of hands-on PPF installation experience Comfortable with DAP/plotter software and bulk cutting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
