Job Summary Join our dynamic auto body shop team as an Auto Glass and Body Shop Helper! In this energetic role, you'll assist with installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass and body components, ensuring vehicles are restored to their best condition. Duties Assist with the removal and installation of auto glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear glass using manual and power tools. Support auto body repair tasks such as dent removal, panel alignment, and assembly of vehicle parts. Handle glass materials safely, including cutting, fitting, and fitting glass installation with precision. Operate company vehicles for transporting parts or moving vehicles within the shop area. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by handling materials properly and adhering to power tool safety protocols. Assist with vehicle detailing, window tinting, and minor cosmetic repairs to enhance vehicle appearance. Support the team in vehicle maintenance tasks and ensure all work complies with safety standards. Requirements Previous dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred. Knowledge of automotive glass repair, replacement procedures, and ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration is a plus. Ability to perform manual glass cutting and fitting with accuracy. Mechanical knowledge of auto body components and vehicle systems. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software is advantageous. Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely during glass handling or assembly tasks. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting team members and clients. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive repair processes. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles preferred. Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
