Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Auto Glass Technician, where you'll play a vital role in restoring vehicle safety and aesthetics through expert glass installation and repair. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, utilizing your mechanical skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional service. Whether replacing windshields, repairing auto glass, or assisting with vehicle maintenance, you'll be at the forefront of automotive care, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety on every job. Responsibilities Remove and replace auto glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear glass, ensuring precise fitment and secure adhesion Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform glass installation, adjustments, and repairs efficiently and safely Conduct vehicle inspections to identify damage or issues related to auto glass or body components Assist with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration following windshield replacements to ensure optimal vehicle safety features Perform minor auto body repairs and detailing to ensure vehicles are returned in pristine condition Requirements Background in auto glass is required Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques, as well as owner ship of basic repair tools specific for the job. Familiarity with auto glass installation and vehicle maintenance procedures Knowledge of ADAS calibration processes and experience working with advanced automotive systems Ability to lift heavy glass panels and equipment safely during installations or repairs Excellent attention to detail for precise work in glass fitting and finishing touches 2+ years experience Join us if you're passionate about automotive excellence!
