On the job training is available. Responsibilities Perform windshield and auto glass replacements. Perform ADAS recalibration when trained and qualified. Inspect vehicles before and after glass replacement and complete pre and post inspection form. Ensuring high-quality workmanship while working in a fast-paced environment. Ensure proper installation, fit, and sealing of glass. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Prior auto glass experience or experience in a skilled trade. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driver's license.
