Professionally clean homes to the highest standards while building relationships with our clients. You are the voice of our business in client homes.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide the highest quality service to our clients at all time Anticipate client needs and deliver personal touches Maintain productivity standards Follow Client Home Entry Procedures Sign keys out and in each day Clean homes according to the attendant guidelines Perform general clean duties: Clean Bathroom Mirrors and glass, vanity sink(s), tub, shower, toilet, window, polish chrome Kitchen Sinks, counters, appliances, dishes, backsplash Bedroom/Closet Make bed, change linens if left out Everywhere Vacuum, dust ceiling fans, furniture and window sills, polish furniture, empty trash, sanitize light switches and door knobs, mirrors and glass doors Ensure security and confidentiality of all client information and material. Attend work on time as scheduled and adhere to the attendance policy. Communicate properly and effectively with our clients and employees. Promote teamwork and employee morale. Adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company. Perform other duties as assigned

Competencies:

2+ Years Job Knowledge /

Experience Working Conditions:

Lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly Lift, carry or otherwise move up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance Follow proper moving and lifting procedures Regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, reach.
