Job Overview :

We are seeking an Auto Glass Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing various installation tasks, including installing and repairing auto glass, Recalibrating automotive safety systems, and provide great service. We'll train you to install and repair auto glass. Experience is not necessary, we will provide paid training for at least 3-months. Once on the job, pay and performance is reviewed regularly to ensure you are rewarded for outstanding performance!

Duties :

• Paid training while on the job through hands on experience
• Installing and repairing auto glass
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems
• Mobile and in shop installations, must be comfortable working outside
• Safely operate a company vehicle and company issued tools
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with effectively with team members to completed tasks

Qualifications :

• Must have a valid TX Drivers License
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds What you'll get :
