We're a young, fast-growing premium detailing and ceramic coating company serving Houston, The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Bryan/College Station. This isn't a standard shop role. You'll work out of our clean, climate-controlled studio garage with no walk-in chaos, no shop politics, and no shady management. We pay above market because we expect flawless work and we sell premium. The right person here helps us scale a division that'll do $20K+/month within 6 months.

PAY:

$30-$40/hour effective (base + commission combined) Realistic weekly take-home based on volume: Slow week (7 cars): ~$1,150 Steady week (10 cars): ~$1,450 Busy week (15 cars): ~$2,000+ With training bonus week: $2,500+ How it breaks down: $18/hr base ($20 after 60 days, $22 at full-time conversion) $75 per standard vehicle commission +$25 windshield add-on bonus +$15 sunroof add-on bonus $500 Master Coach Bonus when you successfully train our apprentice $25 override on every solo install your trainee completes after that Weekly direct deposit through Gusto Overtime uncapped during high-volume weeks

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Install premium ceramic and heat-rejection window film on cars, trucks, SUVs, and Teslas Operate our GFX Pro plotter (we provide it) or hand-cut as needed Train our in-house apprentice and detail team on tint installation Deliver flashlight-grade installs — zero bubbles, zero creases, zero peeling Help shape our tint division's processes, pricing, and quality standards Work alongside a small, ambitious team that values quality over volume shortcuts

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years professional window tint experience required Experience tinting cars, trucks, and SUVs (Teslas a plus) Own your professional installation tools (we provide the plotter, premium film, and shop equipment) Reliable transportation to Navasota, TX Available 3-4 weekdays + Saturdays during the ramp phase Clean install track record — every job passes a flashlight inspection before keys return Willing to teach an apprentice and grow with the company long-term Clean driving record + valid driver's license

GROWTH PATH
