What You'll Do Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles with high-quality, professional results Measure, cut, and apply film with precision while maintaining efficiency in a production environment Prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and a flawless, bubble-free finish Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Ken Garff quality standards Remove and replace tint as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer timelines and expectations Provide a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail Follow all safety procedures and product guidelines What You Bring Minimum 2 years of automotive window tinting experience Proven ability to complete tint jobs independently with consistent, high-quality results Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment A positive attitude and commitment to being a team player Valid driver's license (preferred) Who You Are You treat people with respect and contribute to a positive team environment You take ownership of your work and stand behind the quality of what you deliver You are reliable, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement You thrive in a culture built on teamwork and accountability You bring a customer-first mindset to everything you do Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs Comfortable working in a shop/dealership environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF) or vinyl wraps Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive shop Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and development Supportive team environment built on
