Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Master Automotive Glass Technician to join Deseret Glass. In this role, you will be responsible for the replacement and repair of automotive glass as well as ADAS recalibration. The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in auto glass and a strong understanding of the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard. Your attention to detail and ability to work with both hand and power tools will be essential in ensuring high-quality service for our customers. Responsibilities Perform replacement and repair of automotive glass, including windshields, side glass, and back glass. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete replacements and repairs. Communicate clearly and professionally with the customer and co-workers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding glass services. Become certified or maintain your certification with the Auto Glass Safety Council and National Windshield Repair Division. Follow and encourage others to follow the AGRSS. Maintain a clean and organized appearance and work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications Five years previous experience in automotive glass installation is required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
