  • we think ahead and solve problems What You'll Do Triage Partners is currently seeking experienced Fiber Installation & Repair Technician , you'll install, repair, and maintain fiber to residential customers Lancaster VA and surrounding area Your responsibilities will include: Performing residential installations and repairs for video, internet, and phone services Troubleshooting and repairing coax systems using signal meters and diagnostic tools Following all safety protocols and procedures Collaborating with team members to meet service goals Representing the company professionally with customers Working in various weather conditions and at heights Using job management systems to document work What You'll Need Your own truck, van or SUV (required) with ladder rack.
Fiber tools and 28' fiberglass ladder Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance Ability to work safely and efficiently to industry standards Flexible availability to meet changing schedules Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working at heights and in indoor/outdoor environments Basic computer proficiency Auto insurance, liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance Additional Info Unit Pay Contracting with Triage Partners, LLC requires successful completion of: Drug screening Background check (including MVR) Ready to Get Started?
