No Nights | No Weekends | Weekly Pay | Benefits Nations Auto Glass is looking for an experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our growing Milwaukee team. Why Technicians Choose Nations Auto Glass Monday-Friday schedule No nights No regular weekends Weekly pay with direct deposit Health, dental, and vision and supplemental insurance Paid time off Stable, year-round work Career advancement opportunities Family-owned culture with national growth opportunities What You'll Do Install and replace windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and vent glass Perform stone chip repairs Complete mobile and in-shop installations Follow AGRSS safety and installation standards Provide outstanding customer service Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Complete work orders and documentation accurately using Omega software Assist customers with basic questions and service recommendations Preferred Experience Sunroof and panoramic roof glass replacement Window regulator diagnosis and replacement ADAS calibration experience Experience working on luxury and late-model vehicles What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of auto glass installation experience Ability to perform complete windshield replacements independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Reliable transportation and attendance Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check About Nations Auto Glass For more than 35 years, Nations Auto Glass has built a reputation for quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and industry-leading professionalism.
