Overview Automotive Service Coordinator - Buster Miles Kia Buster Miles Kia is looking for an organized, dependable Service Coordinator to help keep our service department running smoothly. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet position that connects our customers, technicians, and service team. Key Responsibilities Manage our digital multipoint inspection (MPI) process Take clear photos and videos of recommended repairs on customer-pay repair orders Send inspection results and repair recommendations to customers Track customer approvals and declined services Communicate approved work to the shop and follow each repair through completion Organize vehicles scheduled to arrive and help manage the daily workflow Manage our fleet of approximately 12 loaner and rental vehicles Track loaner availability, mileage, condition, paperwork, and return dates Maintain accurate records and make sure nothing falls through the cracks What Matters Most to Us We can teach systems and processes. What we need is someone who: Is a hard worker and stays productive throughout the day Is dependable and takes ownership of their responsibilities Works well with others and puts the team first Has a positive attitude and is genuinely fun to work with Can stay organized while handling several moving parts Is comfortable being on their feet and moving around the dealership Communicates clearly with customers and coworkers Experience as an automotive technician or service advisor is a plus. Experience with Dealerlogix or another digital MPI platform is also a plus. However, work ethic, teamwork, dependability, and attitude are more important to us than previous experience. This is an important position within our service department. The right person will help improve communication with our customers while keeping vehicles, approvals, technicians, and loaners organized throughout the day. Pay will land between 45-60k/yr half salary and half shop performance bonus. Mon-Fri, no weekends, benefits, fun environment...seriously it is kinda fun.
