What You'll Be Doing As an RV Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems and components.

Your work may include:

Troubleshooting 12V and 120V electrical systems Diagnosing wiring, battery, charging, and power issues Repairing plumbing and water systems Servicing air conditioning and heating systems Diagnosing furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters, and other appliances Repairing slide-outs, leveling systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components Performing preventative maintenance and inspections Identifying the root cause of customer concerns Completing repairs correctly and efficiently Documenting repairs and parts used Communicating findings clearly with the service team Maintaining a safe and organized work environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in figuring things out and fixing them right the first time. Strong candidates may have experience in: RV service and repair Automotive repair Diesel or fleet maintenance Electrical troubleshooting HVAC service Plumbing Appliance repair Small engine repair Equipment maintenance General mechanical troubleshooting What Will Help You Succeed Strong mechanical aptitude Electrical diagnostic experience Ability to troubleshoot rather than simply replace parts Comfortable using diagnostic tools and reading wiring diagrams Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Dependable and professional work habits Commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license RVTI certification is highly valued, but we are also interested in experienced technicians with transferable mechanical and diagnostic skills.
