What We Need Technical:

Real diagnostic range across chassis, house, appliance, and coach systems Teachable people. Clean documentation. If it's not written down, it didn't happen. Character (this matters more): People first. You see the person before the punch list. Word is bond. When you say it's done, it's done. When you say Tuesday, it's Tuesday. Forward gear.
