Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented General Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, assist with minor repairs, and ensure customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely. Your proactive approach and mechanical skills will help keep our service center running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform automotive fluid replacements such as oil changes and coolant top-offs Assist with tire services including mounting, balancing, and rotation Perform minor mechanical repairs on passenger vehicles, including brake work and alignment checks Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks accurately and safely Diagnose basic automotive issues utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques Support vehicle maintenance operations by lifting heavy parts or equipment as needed Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality procedures Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Demonstrated mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes Knowledge of standard passenger car operation and mechanical systems Familiarity with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and basic mechanical repairs Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with vehicle alignment is a plus
