POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated Body Shop Technicians to join our team. We welcome any level of skill to apply. The body shop technicians are responsible for repairing, restoring, and refinishing damaged vehicle bodies and components to manufacturer and company quality standards. On the job training and support will be provided.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements. Review repair orders, estimates, and work instructions. Repair vehicle body damage caused by collisions, weather, or other incidents. Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, doors, fenders, hoods, and related components. Perform frame and structural repairs using appropriate measuring and alignment equipment. Weld, cut, grind, and fabricate metal components as needed. Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, masking, and priming. Operate body shop equipment and tools safely and effectively. Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards. Conduct final inspections to verify proper fitness, finish, and functionality. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Document repairs, parts usage, and completed work accurately. Communicate effectively with estimators, managers, parts personnel, and other technicians. Stay current with evolving repair techniques, tools, and manufacturer procedures. Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety regulations. $17.00- $30.00 per hour based on experience and having own tools Full Time Position M

High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 2 years of automotive body repair experience preferred- but not required.
