Benefits Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays Closed Every Weekend To Spend Time With Family & Friends Local Owner - Onsite Daily Appreciation Lunches Provided Employee Point Store Access - Redeem Your Training Points For Awesome Swag & Rewards Continuous Training Available Through The CBA Flywheel Learning System Hiring Locations Montgomery, TX 19920 Eva St. Montgomery , Texas 77356 View Shop Details Responsibilities General Service Technicians / Mechanics perform all maintenance and repair services including but not limited to; oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and more Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know Assist in all housekeeping functions as directed by Management Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate the extent of any damage or malfunctions on a guest's vehicle Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Qualifications Current driver's licenses This is an entry level position. We would prefer a high school or equivalent diploma, but this is not required. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools Walk/stand for the majority of the workday Drive manual transmission vehicles Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment Efficiently navigate a computer Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
