Duties Perform oil and fluid changes on a variety of standard passenger vehicles using hand tools and power tools with precision and care Conduct routine vehicle inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and communicate findings to the service team Assist with tire services, including rotations, replacements, and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance Support minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, filter replacements, and basic maintenance tasks Use automotive diagnostics tools to troubleshoot common issues and support the service technicians in repairs Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during all maintenance activities Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Install, repair, and replace tires efficiently using hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Assist customers by explaining services needed, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive service experience. Support shop maintenance routines to uphold high standards of automotive service quality. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred, especially in oil change or basic maintenance roles Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience with automotive fluid replacement, tire service, alignment support, and minor mechanical repairs Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle servicing Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and safety standards is essential Prior experience with automotive diagnostics or mechanical repair is a plus but not required Join us in delivering fast, friendly, professional vehicle care that keeps our customers on the road!
