The Core Mission As an RV Technician, you will be the primary problem-solver for a wide array of recreational vehicle systems. Your role will involve inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues across all major RV systems using advanced diagnostic tools and technical schematics. You will then be responsible for repairing, installing, and servicing both 12V DC and 120V AC electrical systems, including wiring, converters, inverters, solar panels, and generator units. You will also perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on all water and waste systems, propane lines, furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation units. Repair chassis, hitches, braking systems, and perform cosmetic repairs, including fiberglass/bodywork, cabinetry, and interior modification. Troubleshoot and repair all major RV appliances, such as refrigerators, ranges, water heaters, and entertainment systems. Lastly, you will need to clearly communicate repair needs, explain complex technical issues to customers, and provide expert maintenance advice to ensure an excellent service experience.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
