Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of automotive parts and equipment as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in a dealership or as an automotive service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, alignments, and tire services. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients. Capability to handle heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities. Sales experience is a plus, contributing to overall service success.
