Role:

The Reconditioning Center Automotive Detail Technician is responsible for cleaning and detailing pre-owned vehicles inside and out to ensure they are retail-ready. You'll work alongside the reconditioning team to deliver vehicles that look their best while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive detailing experience is not required —we're willing to train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift heavy objects Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent preferred

What You'll Do:

Wash, clean, and detail the interior and exterior of pre-owned vehicles Vacuum, shampoo, and clean upholstery, carpets, and interior surfaces Polish, wax, and apply protective finishes as needed Clean windows, wheels, tires, and engine compartments Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet Long-Lewis quality standards Maintain detailing equipment and supplies Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Work with the reconditioning team to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule Why Join Long-Lewis?
