Job description

• Accurately and efficiently perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Comply with all company safety standards, policies and procedures.
• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion.
• Road Test and quality check vehicle to ensure quality repair work was performed.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area/ work space.
• Properly record time and work records on Job Card per policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing and continuous training sessions in order to stay abreast of changing technology.

Qualifications Professional automotive repair experience required (must have own tools) Candidates must have a professional mechanical aptitude while being efficient in troubleshooting automotive mechanical and electrical issues Willingness to learn and continue training to keep up with everchanging vehicle technology Be able to meet production goals while performing high quality repairs with minimal supervision Have a good attitude Keep a clean working environment Have a clean driving record Must be dependable, show up on time and work necessary regular business hours Ideal candidate is someone who is hard working, dependable, self-motivated, and detail oriented Benefits offered: Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Vacation time
