We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles operate smoothly and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians eager to work with diverse vehicle makes and models, including light-duty and heavy-duty trucks, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and mechanical skills. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our reputation for excellence in automotive repair. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on automotive electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems using specialized schematics and diagnostic equipment. Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspension systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and other mechanical components. Service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), brake systems, and perform wheel alignments to ensure vehicle safety standards are met. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and vehicle inspections. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues accurately. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive background working in an automotive repair industry environment. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics tools. Hands-on experience with diesel engine repair, transmissions, automotive suspension systems, and powertrain components. Familiarity with ADAS technology, auto repair processes, and auto estimating software is a plus. Ability to read schematics accurately and work with complex mechanical systems using various hand tools and power tools. Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics or diesel mechanics is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward vehicle maintenance and repairs.
