Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Wash Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a diverse skill set that includes electrical work, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to supervise projects. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities operate efficiently and safely. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facility. Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems Operate and maintain controllers for automated systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory. Supervise team when required, providing guidance and support in daily operations. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong emphasis on mechanical systems. Experience in welding techniques and the ability to fabricate components as necessary. Familiarity with controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot various equipment issues effectively. Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience supervising teams is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
