Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM40 hours per week Greg's Too Auto Repair & Towing is looking for an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a busy, established full-service automotive repair shop serving Fort Smith and the River Valley. We're looking for a technician who can confidently handle general automotive repair and maintenance, perform accurate diagnostics on common vehicle issues, and complete quality repairs efficiently. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position with a consistent 40-hour work week. Pay & Benefits Starting at $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No regular weekend schedule 1 week paid time off after 1 year of employment Company-provided uniforms Free professional uniform cleaning Stable, full-time work Opportunity to grow your skills and advance within the shop What You'll Do As a B-Level Technician, you'll work on a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles.

Typical work includes:

Brake diagnosis and repair Steering and suspension repair Alignments and front-end work Cooling system diagnosis and repair Starting and charging systems Batteries, alternators, and starters Tune-ups and scheduled maintenance Fluid services Belts, hoses, and related repairs Check-engine-light diagnosis and repair Minor electrical diagnosis HVAC diagnosis and repair Engine component replacement General mechanical repairs Complete vehicle inspections Test driving vehicles before and after repairs Documenting inspection findings and recommended repairs We expect our technicians to diagnose problems correctly rather than simply replace parts based on symptoms. What We're Looking For Our ideal B-Level Technician has: 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Strong mechanical ability Good understanding of modern automotive systems Experience using scan tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to read and follow service information and repair procedures Ability to perform repairs accurately and efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license Own basic automotive hand tools ASE certifications are a plus but are not required. We are also interested in experienced technicians who are working toward certification and want to continue developing their skills.
