Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this energetic role, you'll utilize your mechanical expertise and technical proficiency to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicle systems. Your hands-on skills will ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently, providing our customers with confidence and peace of mind. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automotive technology, automotive wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools, all while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various vehicle systems using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain powertrain components and vehicle suspension systems, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs to enhance safety and driving comfort. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and electrical system schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical issues effectively. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to execute repairs with precision. Service most makes/models by executing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, and fluid flushes. Skills Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Deep understanding of automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and electronic control modules. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain components and suspension systems. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and software for efficient troubleshooting. Ability to interpret schematics accurately for complex electrical or mechanical repairs. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
