Core Duties Identify and resolve mechanical failures involving transmissions, engines, electrical components, and braking systems. Execute standard vehicle upkeep tasks like fluid inspections, tire services, and oil changes to keep customer vehicles running smoothly. Leverage advanced diagnostic hardware to pinpoint vehicle malfunctions with precision. Explain necessary repairs and available service choices clearly to our clientele. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and systematic. Keep pace with evolving automotive innovations and modern repair methodologies. Work alongside colleagues to meet shop performance targets and improve the overall customer experience. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or a GED; specialized automotive schooling is advantageous. Demonstrable background working as a professional mechanic or technician. Possession of ASE credentials is beneficial though not mandatory. Sharpen your diagnostic abilities and maintain a high level of precision in your work. Demonstrate the capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group. Cultivate strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service to our clients. Possess a current and valid driver's license.
