Description The Recreation Vehicle Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jonesboro, AR. This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural components. Daily tasks i nclude performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting customer-reported issues, completing work orders, and documenting services in a clear and accurate manner Qualifications Strong maintenance and repair experience, including RV or automotive, with proven troubleshooting skills. Practical skills in carpentry and structural repair for RV interiors and exteriors. Working knowledge of plumbing systems and related fixtures commonly found in RVs. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with team members. Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work orders; basic computer skills for service documentation. Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Previous RV, automotive, marine, or construction experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or vocational training is a plus. IND001
