Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on trailers, including brake repair, electrical systems, and suspension components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with trailers.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to complete repairs efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about trailer maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a trailer mechanic or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of trailer systems.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
