Position Summary - Pest Control Service Technician We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Service Technician to join our growing family-owned company. This position is responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial customers while building strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, comfortable working independently, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform routine pest control services for residential and commercial accounts Inspect properties for pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions Apply pesticides and treatment materials according to label instructions and company standards Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate service records and treatment documentation Safely operate company vehicles and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally Follow all state and federal safety regulations Participate in ongoing training and team meetings Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred No pest control experience required - we do all training in-house Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule efficiently Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, crawlspaces, attics, and varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Basic smartphone or tablet skills for service documentation Work Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday with occasional overtime or seasonal schedule adjustments Benefits Include Paid training Paid holidays Paid time off Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Matching Simple IRA Retirement Plan Family-oriented work environment Employee Discounts On-the-job training and development opportunities
