Responsibilities Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements efficiently and accurately. Perform tire services such as rotations, replacements, and inspections to ensure vehicle safety. Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks including filter replacements and minor mechanical repairs. Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine service procedures under supervision. Support automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and tools to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering basic vehicle questions. Skills Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in automotive repair and maintenance. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and vehicle systems. Experience or familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus but not required. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment safely and effectively. Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and manual dexterity. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Willingness to learn new skills related to dealership or automotive service environments.
