This position is in our administrative department at our Searcy, AR, location. This individual will work with the parts/service manager on work requests and the execution of work performed by technicians. This role requires experience and the ability to assist other admins in parts requisitions, diagnostics, and work estimates. It also requires facilitating technicians with diagnosis and the execution of repairs and maintenance in a timely and effective manner. The position involves communication and interaction with customers and vendors. Additionally, a percentage of the individual's time will be billable, depending on the timeliness and effectiveness of the collective services provided by all. The position requires verifiable experience and skill in this industry. Personal tools and equipment shall also be required, with secure tool storage.We offer:
