Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues related to alignments and suspension systems. Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and alignments to enhance handling and safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently. Training available for our advanced Hunter alignment equipment. Use advanced wheel balancing equipment to ensure proper balancing. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Have at least a basic level of dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive maintenance. Proficiency in understanding vehicle mechanical systems, and ability to use a computerized alignment equipment. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and electronic systems such as ADAS is highly desirable. Ability to interpret basic automotive wiring diagrams accurately and work safely with power tools.
