Job Description

We are seeking a Quick Service Technician to join our dealership's service team. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, tire replacement, alignments and other repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle maintenance and repair work according to dealership and manufacturer standards Communicate with Service Advisors and customers to explain vehicle needs. Perform multipoint inspections and video inspections. Obtain necessary approvals for repairs and ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure that they are operating properly Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, and ensure that work orders are complete and accurate Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through training and professional development Ensure that work area is clean, organized, and safe, and that all tools and equipment are properly maintained Follow dealership policies and procedures, including safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a shop environment preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Pay based on Experience.
