Key Responsibilities Perform accurate vehicle diagnostics and heavy/light-line repairs (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, AC, etc.) Execute work in accordance with factory and dealership standards (GM standards and specifications). Complete comprehensive vehicle multi-point inspections to identify needed maintenance or repairs. Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs accurately to service advisors and customers when needed. Maintain clean and safe work areas, keeping up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and training. Mentor and support junior/apprentice technicians as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Active GM Factory Certifications (A-Level or Master Certified preferred; equivalent dealership experience strongly considered). Minimum of [2+ years] of professional automotive technician experience in a dealership environment. ASE Certifications are a strong plus. Proficiency with advanced computerized diagnostic equipment and specialty tools. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Own set of professional-grade tools.
