Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician / Technician, where your expertise will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied. In this energetic role, you'll perform essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will contribute to delivering top-notch automotive care while providing excellent customer service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to vehicle safety and performance. Pay may vary on skill set. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, automotive fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately. Perform minor mechanical repairs such as brake adjustments, belt replacements, and other standard maintenance tasks. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete vehicle service procedures with precision. Assist with wheel alignments and tire services to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety. Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify necessary repairs or maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Mechanic experience with a solid understanding of standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, fluid replacement procedures, and minor repairs. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in vehicle maintenance. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards teamwork and client interactions. Knowledge of automotive alignment, tire service, and general mechanical repair is a plus.
