Overview Join our dynamic team as a Master Mechanic and take the lead in delivering exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services. In this vital role, you will leverage your extensive mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and optimize a wide range of vehicle systems, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Your hands-on skills and deep understanding of automotive technology will drive our commitment to excellence and reliability. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and schematics. Conduct engine repairs, including diesel engine maintenance and overhaul, ensuring optimal powertrain performance. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and electrical systems to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently. Repair and maintain automotive systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), alignment, suspension, brakes, and electrical components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely to execute mechanical repairs with precision. Diagnose issues related to automotive engine technology and implement effective solutions for both standard passenger cars and heavy-duty vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring vehicle maintenance meets safety standards. Requirements Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostics. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, alignment procedures, and vehicle system troubleshooting. Skilled in diesel engine repair, engine overhaul, and powertrain diagnostics. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and understanding of automotive schematics. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical wiring, and suspension components. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately for troubleshooting electrical issues. Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus but not required. Strong manual handling skills, including heavy lifting and the use of power tools safely. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards. $28.74 - $35.00 per hour
