The Role We are seeking an experienced Lube Technician who enjoys the balance of technical hands-on work and high-level customer interaction. As a Mobile Technician, you are the face of Babbitt Ford in the field. You won't just be turning wrenches; you'll be providing a premium, convenient service experience for our valued clients. Complete all of this in our State of the art up fitted Transit Van from built in tool storage to multiple oil reservoirs all to help make your job more efficient and clean. Key Responsibilities Mobile Service Delivery:

Perform high-quality maintenance at customer locations.

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform oil changes and filter replacements.

Expert Diagnostics:

Conduct Multi-Point Inspections (MPI) to identify and recommend essential services such as brakes, tires, and air filters.

Technical Repairs:

Perform factory recalls and safety updates.

Routine Care:

Execute tire rotations, wiper blade replacements, and cabin/engine air filter installs. Requirements Proven experience as a Lube Technician or Express Tech. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Valid Driver's License (Required).
