We are currently seeking an experienced, well-rounded Front-End Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. Position Overview As a Front-End Technician, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining steering, suspension, wheel, and alignment systems. Your work will directly impact our customers' safety, vehicle handling, and overall ride quality. While previous Ford Dealership experience is preferred , we are open to all qualified candidates who bring strong mechanical expertise and a great attitude to the shop. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough diagnostic evaluations and repairs on steering, suspension, and front-end components. Operate wheel alignment equipment to measure, adjust, and reset vehicle alignment to OEM specifications. Inspect, diagnose, and repair suspension parts, shocks, struts, ball joints, tie rods, and steering racks ect… Troubleshoot complex vehicle handling, noise, vibration, and ride quality issues. Test drive vehicles to verify customer complaints and confirm proper repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while adhering to dealership and safety guidelines. Collaborate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure timely job completion.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in front-end mechanical repairs.
Alignment Expertise:
Demonstrated proficiency operating alignment machines.
Ford Experience:
Previous Ford dealership experience is highly preferred, but not strictly required.
Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic skills, and attention to detail.
Teamwork:
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a "team player" mindset.
License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pay:
$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
