This is a hands-on position responsible for keeping our rental fleet safe, reliable, and ready for customers. Our fleet includes motorhomes, travel trailers, UTVs, motorcycles, and other recreational equipment , so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable troubleshooting and repairing multiple types of equipment. The Role As an RV & Powersports Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing problems, completing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and helping ensure every rental unit meets GoGoRental's standards before it goes back on the road or trail. This position is ideal for someone who can troubleshoot problems independently, work with their hands, and take ownership of getting equipment fixed correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment issues Perform RV maintenance and repairs on motorhomes and travel trailers Troubleshoot 12V electrical systems, batteries, appliances, plumbing, water systems, and related RV components Perform basic chassis and automotive maintenance and repairs Diagnose and repair UTVs, motorcycles, and other powersports equipment Complete oil changes, fluid services, battery replacement, tire/wheel work, and preventative maintenance Inspect rental units before and after rentals for mechanical or safety concerns Identify upcoming maintenance needs before they become major repairs Document repairs, maintenance, parts used, and outstanding issues Order or communicate parts and supply needs Keep the shop, tools, and work areas organized Assist with fleet preparation and rental turnaround when needed Communicate clearly with management regarding units that are ready, down for repair, or waiting on parts Help maintain a safe, dependable, and professional rental fleet What We're Looking For Previous experience with RV, automotive, powersports, marine, small-engine, or equipment repair preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability Working knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to use basic diagnostic equipment Comfortable working independently and solving problems Ability to safely operate and move RVs, trailers, UTVs, motorcycles, and related equipment Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must have your own basic hand tools Able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work indoors and outdoors Reliable, organized, and able to prioritize repairs based on rental schedules Willing to learn systems or equipment you haven't worked on before What Makes This Job Different You won't be working on the same vehicle doing the same repair every day.
