Automotive Mechanic

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on diesel and gasoline engines, including powertrain components and transmissions. Service vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension, steering, shocks & struts, and alignments to ensure proper operation. Execute oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and wheel balancing to maintain vehicle safety standards. Repair or replace auto body parts using welding techniques when necessary to restore vehicle integrity. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicle components. Diagnose electrical system problems and perform necessary repairs on automotive electrical systems. Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and estimates. Assist with vehicle inspections to identify potential issues before they develop into major problems. Support maintenance tasks that extend vehicle lifespan and optimize performance. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with dealership or independent shop background preferred.

Pay:

$20.00 - $32.00 per hour
