Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Tire and Lube Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this energetic role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire replacements, oil changes, and basic mechanical inspections. Your expertise will help ensure our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to hit the road with confidence. Responsibilities Perform automotive tire changes, rotations, and repairs efficiently using hand tools and power tools Conduct oil and fluid changes following manufacturer specifications Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, including brakes, suspension, and electrical systems Assist with vehicle inspections to identify potential repairs or safety concerns Use automotive parts and accessories knowledge to recommend necessary services or replacements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions professionally Qualifications Prior mechanic experience or relevant auto repair background preferred Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including electrical, suspension, brakes, and powertrain components Familiarity with automotive tire change procedures and vehicle maintenance standards Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment safely Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during daily tasks Knowledge of auto estimating software or vehicle inspection processes is a plus Join our team to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real difference!
