Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Conduct minor mechanical repairs including brake adjustments, belt replacements, and other standard passenger car repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for various repair and maintenance tasks. Diagnose common automotive issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify necessary repairs or adjustments. Assist with wheel alignments, tire services, and other automotive service procedures to maintain vehicle safety standards. Support the team with heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems. Knowledge of standard passenger car operation, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques. Familiarity with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and basic mechanical repairs. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform maintenance tasks safely in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
