• Good Works Auto Repair has been family-owned and operated by the same owners for over 20 years.

We run a 15-bay shop in Tempe working on diesel, hybrid, European, and domestic vehicles — and we were the first shop in Arizona to become Hybrid Certified. We're closed every weekend, we pay weekly, and we invest real money in your training and certifications, because a great shop is only as good as the techs behind the lifts.

• What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair vehicles across engine, brake, electrical, suspension, and drivetrain systems
• Work across diesel, hybrid, European, and domestic makes, including hybrid-specific systems (training provided where needed)
• Use manufacturer specs and shop diagnostic equipment to get it right the first time
• Communicate clearly with service advisors on findings and recommendations
• Keep building your credentials through paid ongoing training
• What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability — you can find the real issue, not just chase symptoms
• ASE certification preferred; if you're not certified yet, we'll help you get there
• Valid driver's license required

• $60,000
• 100,000/year, paid weekly on a progressive flag-rate plan — pay is tied to production, and top earners are typically ASE-certified techs with 5+ years of experience working across multiple systems
• 5-day work week, weekends off, every week
• 50 hours PTO/year (100 hours after 3 years)
