Horne Mazda Tempe is expanding with an ALL-NEW Used Car Reconditioning Department , and we are looking for experienced automotive technicians to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring for:

Used Car Reconditioning Technicians Used Car Reconditioning Diagnostic Technicians This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established recon operation and help build the department from the ground up.

COMPENSATION & BONUSES

$20-$35 per hour, depending on experience Training Bonus Lead Technician Bonus Full-time employment 4:00 PM-Midnight shift Competitive hourly compensation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on used vehicles Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical concerns Complete vehicles according to dealership reconditioning standards Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting Work efficiently to meet reconditioning department goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate repair needs and vehicle status with the recon team
