Key Responsibilities Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complex mechanical repairs. Diagnose and repair a variety of Asian and Domestic vehicles. Complete quality control inspections to help ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time. Assist with shop workflow and dispatching as needed. Perform light-duty diesel repairs or participate in hands-on diesel training. Document repair findings and communicate effectively with the service team. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Qualifications Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic skills. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive systems. Experience working on Asian and Domestic vehicles. Consistently maintains approximately 75% or greater productivity. Team-oriented with a strong commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$38-$42 per hour, depending on experience. Hourly pay plan with no flat-rate compensation . Optional four-day, 10-hour workweek. Hands-on training in light-duty diesel repair. Weekly team lunches.
