Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide accurate diagnosis and service recommendations. Maintain clear and concise communication with customers throughout the service process.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
