In this role, you'll handle daily deliveries, keep job sites and our shop organized, and take care of our company vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities Perform daily deliveries and pickups of materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites using company vehicles Maintain job site organization, including debris removal, sweeping, trash management, and general site clean-up Assist field crews with general labor tasks such as material handling, staging, unloading, and basic site preparation Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked, including tools, inventory areas, and storage racks Wash, vacuum, and clean company trucks, trailers, and equipment on a regular schedule Perform basic cleaning and maintenance support for fleet vehicles and equipment, including checking fluids, tire pressure, and reporting damage or service needs Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment properly for safe transport Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and office staff about delivery schedules, job site needs, and any issues observed Follow all company safety policies, including PPE use, safe lifting practices, and proper vehicle operation Support other shop and field labor tasks as directed to help keep operations running efficiently Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive company pickups, vans, and trailers safely and confidently Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physical labor throughout the workday Basic familiarity with construction materials, tools, and job site environments Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and care of company property Comfortable working in various weather conditions and outdoor environments Previous experience in construction labor, warehouse support, fleet support, or a similar role preferred Experience with basic vehicle and equipment care preferred Comfortable using a smartphone for directions, communication, and delivery coordination preferred
