Monday - Friday As a Utility Technician with recall duties at Norm Reeves Ford , you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of production and quality assurance, with a specific focus on conducting recall inspections of vehicles. In addition to your PDI responsibilities, you will perform routine maintenance services.
What You'll Do:
Conduct recalls to ensure they meet Ford's quality standards and specifications. Perform Ford scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs at customer locations. Identify and document any defects, damages, or issues discovered during the inspection process, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution. Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment, service information, and repair procedures to accurately diagnose and complete repairs. Perform services including oil changes, battery replacements, brake repairs, recalls, software updates, and other approved mobile services. Rotating tires and implementing tire repairs according to vehicle standards Effectively mounting and balancing tires Performing alignment checks Conducting multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) Assisting in various minor services including software updates, key programming, and replacing windshield wipers Performing other duties as needed
What You'll Need:
Full time availability.
